RETURN POLICY: Purchased items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full credit or refund (minus shipping charges) If there is no damage to the item and the item is returned in its original packaging and has not been used. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE ENGRAVED (PERSONALIZED) products which because of their customized nature are not returnable.


DAMAGED ITEMS: Damaged items must be reported to the Deskworks within 7 days of receiving the item or no claim can be made.
